The CEO of ACAAC is Chris Drummer. Chris is a qualified lawyer with an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Chris has over 20 years' senior commercial experience having worked in executive corporate affairs capacities for leading organisations including top 100 ASX listed financial services entities, unlisted and private equity owned corporates and significant experiences with NFP's and industry associations.
Chris has over 15 years' senior advocacy, corporate affairs, governance, strategy and business management experience in the health sector as a General Manager with the major Head Fund Bupa (MBF), General Manager with Australia's largest Radiology Network, I-MED, as CEO of the Australian Rheumatology Association, CEO of the Australian Mobile Health Clinics Association and CEO if the Gut Foundation. He is also an Independant Director of the Australian College of Nursing. Chris has strong communication, governance, policy and political skills. He has a high level of experience in the health, financial services, infrastructure and urban design sectors.
